  • Mr. Livingston is a selfish man who only cure about himself and his pride.
  • Leonard was under depression when his younger brother died maybe that is why he grew up to has low self-esteem.
  • Leonard seems to live a dirty lonely life while his father lived luxuriously, but still lonely.
  • If Mr. Livingston had given Leonard a chance to make him proud then he would not had lived such a sad life.

Summary

Finch goes to stayed at the Livingston's household for awhile during the storm. During her very short stay, Finch met Mrs. Livingston, who is somewhat not sane anymore, and learned about both her and Mr. Livingston. She tries to make Leonard realize that he is pathetic and worse is she discovered how Marcus is dead.
